DISCREET PACKAGING

Twisted Miss package ALL ORDERS in the most DISCREET packaging. All orders will be sent in either a plain white jiffy envelope or a plain brown box. There will be absolutely no indication as to the nature of your purchase.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

All orders received at www.twistedmiss.co.uk Monday to Friday before 3pm will be shipped the same day, guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

TERMS

UK – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery – usually within 1 to 5 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Royal Mail will only deem a parcel as lost after 15 working days.

UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service – Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Friday. Items sent on Friday often arrive on the Saturday, but can only be guaranteed for the Monday. Any orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Thursday are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next day.

European Orders – Royal Mail International Signed For – European orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days. However, you should allow 30 days before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Royal Mail will only deem an International parcel as lost after 30 working days.

Rest of the World Orders – Royal Mail International Signed For – Rest of the World orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 working days. However, you should allow 30 days before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Royal Mail will only deem an International parcel as lost after 30 working days.

DELIVERY ADDRESS TERMS

If you are not at home during the day and would like the order sent to a different address then that is absolutely no problem at all. Please ensure when completing your payment details that your Billing Address is that registered to the card you are using. However you can fill in separate details for the Delivery Address. Please ensure all delivery address details are completed correctly as we cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of your order due to the incorrect completion of the form.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

After you have placed your order and Twisted Miss has packed it for you, we will send you an email with your Royal Mail reference number and a link to the Royal Mail website. For Recorded Delivery orders the reference number will only update once an attempt for delivery has been made.
