How To Order your sex toys at Twisted Miss is a page on our website designed to guide you through how to order sex toys online. We are not accepting orders by post at the moment.
FINDING YOUR PRODUCT
Placing an order at Twisted Miss is very easy. On the left hand side of our website you will see a list of our Main Categories such as Vibrators. Every page on the website will show this list of categories. You will find all the main categories in pink, and once you click on that main category a list of sub categories will appear underneath and also the main page will open with all the sub categories displayed. You can then click into any of these sub categories to reveal all the relevant products within that category. Alternatively, if you already know what you are looking for you can enter the name of the product in our advanced search facility at the top of every page.
ADD PRODUCT TO BASKET
When you have found the product you would like to order within the sub category then you can either simply click the Add To Basket icon to make an immediate purchase or if you click on the product you will be taken to that products own page for a detailed description, larger image and extra images, some recommended products to compliment the product, reviews and other helpful information.
When you click Add To Basket your item will be shown in your shopping basket on the top right of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all Twisted Miss prices include VAT and all UK orders over £30.00 will be subject to Free Delivery. If you spend £40 or more you will be presented with a list of Free Gifts to choose from.
DISCOUNT CODES
If you have received a Discount Code from us, please ensure that you enter it into the Discount Code Box underneath your basket. This will ensure that you receive the Discount that is associated with that particular code.
CHECKOUT
When you have finished shopping, click the Checkout link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process. Please ensure that you enter all of your details correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for the delay of your order due to any incorrect information being entered. All orders are processed through securely through either Nochex or Paypal and we also have an SSL certificate on our website.
ORDER BY POST
Customers can also order via post. We understand that not everybody is happy ordering online and if you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order then please send a list of the products including the product codes that you would like to order. It is preferred if you can print out the basket screen, along with your name, address (including post code), email address and telephone number in case there is a problem with your order. Telephone Ordering is Free. Please call our Free Phone Number (UK) 0800 411 8877 (9AM-6PM). If you would rather not place your order online and don’t want the delay of ordering by post then please give us a call. Before you call us, please make a list of all the product codes that you would like to order. To save any embarrassment you will only need to read out the product codes when ordering over the telephone so nobody will be aware of the nature of your purchase. To make it easier, you can add items to the basket on the website and then call us, so you know the product codes and total cost before calling. Our friendly customer service team are waiting for your call.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Twisted Miss web site clearly states if an item is out of stock. If a product shows the Add To Basket icon then that product is in stock and can be ordered. If a product is not available then the pink Add To Basket icon is replaced by a grey Out Of Stock icon and you will not be able to add that product to your basket. Also, if a product is out of stock you will be given an estimate arrival date and the option to be notified when the product is back in stock.
